The Awards of Dun Carraig

Award Name Award Badge Award Description
Order of the Sea-Hawk   This is the premire order of the Barony and is granted to those who have demonstrated continued and significant service to the Barony and its people for excellence in any skill, service, or field of combat.
Order of the Company of Wayfarers   This order is composed of former members of Dun Carraig who have moved from the lands of the Barony.
Baroness' Award of Courtesy   This award is granted by the Baroness to any individual who has repeadtedly shown exceptional courtesy to others. The token of the award is a small bead or gift specially choosen by the Baroness.
Carraig Uaine Mark of Excellence   This award is given for a specific achievement in the Arts and Sciences. The token for this award is a green bead to be added to the gentle's Mark of Excellence.
Carraig Deirge Mark of Excellence   This award is given for a specific gift of Service. The token for this award is a red bead to be added to the gentle's Mark of Excellence.
Carraig Gile Mark of Excellence   This award is given for a specific achievement in the Arts of War (Armored and Rapier combat). The token for this award is a white bead to be added to the recipients Mark of Excellence.
Order of the Emerald Flame   This order is granted to those gentles who have demonstrated on going excellence in Arts and Sciences.
Order of the Garnet Tower   This order is granted to those gentles who have demonstrated on going excellence in gifts of Service.
Order of the Silver Blade   This order is granted to those gentles who have demonstrated on going excellence in the Arts of War (Armored and Rapier combat).
Order of Dun Carraig's Champions   This order is granted to those gentles on completion of serving as any of Dun Carraig`s Baronial Champions.
Honorary Citizen of Dun Honorary Citizen of Dun Carraig   For those gentles who do not live in Dun Carraig's lands however have done much to support the Barony.
Order of the Sable Arrow   This order is granted to those gentles who have demonstrated on going excellence with the any Missle Weapon (Target Archery, Combat Archery, Thrown Weapons, Siege).
Carraig Dubh Mark of Excellence   This award is given for a specific achievement with any Missile Weapon (Target Archery, Combat Archery, Thrown Weapons, Siege). The token for this award is a black bead to be added to the recipients Mark of Excellence.

Award Name Award Badge Award Description
Mark of Excellence - CLOSED   This award is to those gentles who have made a specific contribution to the Barony. Since it is an award, it can be conferred to an individual more than once. Beginning February 2006, an augmentation is given with each Mark to denote what type of contribution the gentle made. The emblem of the award is a red cross bottony. The augmentations are the Carraig Uaine, Carraig Deirge, and Carraig Gile.
